Potato Salad is my favorite dish. My potato salad is colorful like a rainbow. A rainbow is rare it's only seen when rain, mist, and dew is encountered.That's how my potato salad is. My potato salad illuminates Your mind, spirit, and soul. It brings families, friends, and strangers together. My potato salad is also healthy. I only use organically grown foods. The smell and anticipation of my potato salad will have you salivating for more.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother is my culinary inspiration. She only used high healthy ingredients. She let her food cook slowly. Everything she made was from scratch. I could taste the love and time she spend preparing her delicious dishes. My mother bought unity to the neighborhood. People would come far and near to share her exquisite food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would give God the praise. Second, I would pay off my debts. Third, I would pass the blessings and help someone in need. I would save a portion for the future. I would fill my refrigerator with only the best organic foods. I would do some repairs in my house.
