What would you do with the $25,000?My goal is to open up a cat café in Florida making a farm a table concept to highlight the local southern food, network with local vendors inside, there would be local beer from Dade city brewery and I would have a variety of a wine list from the Pacific Northwest down to the local southern wineries my menu would change with the seasons, making the seasonal menu.
