I would say a few of my most popular dishes are my Beef Roast stroganoff with baby bella mushrooms, my grilled Greek chicken with garlic dill sauce, shrimp piccata and my roasted chicken salad in a three mustard dressing with fresh dill, apples, shallots, and celery.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Since I was very small cooking just brought me joy. I love the creativity of it, and I love cooking for my family and friends. I love the way it brings people joy and brings us all together. My answer would be my culinary inspiration is the people that I cook for.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off some of our bills and then I would take my family on a vacation.
