Receive Text UpdatesI am not sure I have one. My son loves my chicken scarpariello and my marinated filets I cook for holidays. Sweet Brisket and a wonderful country stew. I am best great dinner prep and entertaining. I would love to learn more about pasta and biscuits. In Paris I cooked a Veal Orloff for my exam….that was in 1981.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Carla, I love watching her perform/bake as if it’s easy and with a great amount of enthusiasm. I have just moved to the Charleston area and she could teach me a great deal about southern cooking. I also like Ina Garten because she simplifies dishes for entertaining and I am able to do them.
What would you do with the $25,000?We just renovated our kitchen so I could continue to be the master cook for our grown kids and now grand children. I would most likely put it towards entertaining space needed in our back yard which is 33 years old and has a rotten wood deck sitting on the ground! I am not young, however cooking has been what fulfills me in life and I love Carla.
