Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration is none other than my late father, Alcie “Buck” McGee. His passion for food, family, and New Orleans culture helped shape the heart behind Louisiana Soul Kitchen. From fried chicken to Sunday dinners, his influence taught Chef T that great food isn’t just about flavor — it’s about love, tradition, and bringing people together around the table.
What would you do with the $25,000?If chosen as Favorite Chef, I would use the $25,000 to grow Louisiana Soul Kitchen by opening my first restaurant and continuing our mission of feeding families in need from Louisiana to Texas. More than a business, Louisiana Soul Kitchen Catering is built on community, culture, and giving back through food, LOVE and Southern hospitality.
