Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is Jerk Salmon and Shrimp with Pineapple mango salsa. served with seasoned baked rices, and Raw Cabbage Slaw. Born and raised in Spanish Town, Jamaica, I learned that food is more than a meal—it brings family together and tells a story. I love combining authentic Jamaican flavors with healthier cooking techniques that allow people to enjoy traditional foods while supporting their wellness goals.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My greatest culinary inspiration is my family, especially the strong Jamaican women who taught me that cooking is an act of love and service. Their recipes, traditions, and faith shaped who I am today. I am also inspired by the people I serve through my nonprofit and community outreach programs. Seeing how food can comfort, heal, and bring hope motivates me to keep sharing my culture and passion through every dish I create.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning $25,000 would help me purchase a food truck and turn my dream into reality. Through my business and nonprofit work, I would continue feeding the homeless, serving underserved communities, and sharing authentic Jamaican cuisine. This opportunity would allow me to grow a sustainable business while making a lasting impact through service, compassion, and the power of food.
