Anything outside of the box. I am known to deep fry smores and get creative. I love sauces and making a high-end dish with ingredients you never know would taste good together.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Gary Danko, Maneet Chauhan, Alex Guarnaschelli and Bobby Flay.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it into my kid's college fund and help continue to feed the homeless and the women's shelters. My kids and I often cook and give back to show them the importance of a community and standing together. I would also use the funds to elevate and scale my business.
