I haven't made it in a couple of years, but I loved making a macaroni and cheese casserole almost everything's giving for my family just a lot of three different cheeses and just nice seasonings and just a nice blend of creamy flavor.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Of course I have to be a cliche and say my mom and my grandma first . Alton Brown has always been my first choice of non family inspiration I just like how he can be very funny and still very technical at the same time I was like that mix of attitude and skill. And of course if not him and Anthony Bourdain
What would you do with the $25,000?For less 4 or 5 years I have been planning on either food truck or a meal service and I think it's time to get that ball rolling
