Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother is my inspiration, hands down. She could make something amazing out of nothing, and you could feel the love with every bite. Up until her final days, food was something that always connected us. She inspires me every day, to try just a little harder than the last.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use that to invest in a food truck. I’ve had the business plan laid out for years but have never had the capital to execute the idea. That in-turn will help me invest in my son’s taekwondo career, and his aspirations to be an American Olympian.
