Who is your culinary inspiration?all the great chefs that I have worked with other the years that taught me how to work and maximize my time management in the kitchen. I learned from the school of hard knocks. I started out as a dishwasher when I was 18 at the grand marlin on pensacola beach and have worked my way up to sous chef at one of the best fine dining restaraunts in pensacola.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start up my catering company and put a down payment on a house for my beautiful family and my dogs.
