Who is your culinary inspiration?I can't necessarily say I have a singular culinary inspiration. More a compilation of individuals throughout my life who inspired my passion with their own.
What would you do with the $25,000?I intend to start my own business. a farm to table food trailer where the chef is also the farmer. I plan to partner with an independent hydroponic company that has developed their own hydroponics system. in my search to create a new flavor experience through grafting, cloning and genetic experimentation.
