Welcome to the Atlantic Coast of Canada where I'll be waiting to serve you my signature dish! a seafood feast of fresh Clams,seared lobster tail, bay of Fundy Scallops and jumbo shrimp with smoked lemon garlic butter.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I started cooking at 12 with my uncle, he set me on the path but Marco Pierre White (the Master) as well as Gordon Ramsay who I grew up watching and wanting to be just like were hugely inspirational.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off my mother's bills so she doesn't have to worry about money anymore.
