My signature dish is my whole roasted chicken. It’s the recipe that truly represents my cooking style—comforting, flavorful, approachable, and made for bringing people together. I love turning a simple chicken into something that feels special with crispy golden skin, juicy meat, and rich flavor. It’s the kind of meal that reminds people of home, family dinners, and gathering around the table with the people they love most.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Julia Child. I admire how she made cooking feel approachable, joyful, and something anyone could learn. She inspired people to step into the kitchen with confidence and passion, which is something I try to do through my own recipes and content every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into growing my food brand and creating even better content for my audience. I’d use it to upgrade filming equipment, improve my photography and video production, expand my recipe development, and build more long-form cooking content across social media and YouTube. I’d also use part of it to continue creating high-quality recipes that help families cook affordable, comforting meals at home.
