Connect What is your signature dish?

While I have several dishes that could be the signature dish, my best seller is the peach cobbler deluxe waffle and southern fried chicken with our house sauce. Or Award Winning Balsamic coconut salmon with carrot ginger rice and garlic seared string beans. Or the Salad Slaw with strawberry flavored cranberries served with a creamy onion vinaigrette that can be topped with any protein or stand alone. I could go on and on, but I feel guilty making you salivate 🤭

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is simple, it's flavor. Every dish that leaves my hands must be flavorful and make my patrons feel good, satisfied and wanting more. I am a firm believer that food can change your mood. As a Chef, I am inspired to excite, lift and encourage you through delicious flavorful food. Each bite is an experience.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000 prize, I plan to open an outdoor eatery and event space. This space would not only support my food trailer, but also provide other food truck owners with a vibrant, high-traffic location to vend during special events, serve everyday patrons, and expand catering opportunities. I want to help small food businesses grow and thrive.
