If I asked my family, my husband would say my smash burgers with my bacon and onion bourbon jam and my daughter would say any of my soups but especially my Asian inspired soups with baby bok choy (her favourite). Who is your culinary inspiration?As far as a personal culinary inspiration, I would say my dad. From the time I can remember, he would making something incredible from practically an empty fridge to feed our family every night for dinner and has never ceased to amaze anyone who tried his food. What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards opening up my kitchen/bakery. I’ll need a lot more than that but it would help so much to get my name and face out there because it’s not just about the money. It’s about making a name for myself. Just being in Taste of Home magazine would help make my dream a reality! …but let’s be real…money definitely helps š
