Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Carla of course! I have followed her career from the start and I am inspired by her originality, style and creative uniqueness which make watching her cook an absolute delight. Cooking is an expression of love and creativity.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am going to open Happy Life Bed & Breakfast. The food will be provided by my Happy Life Baking Cafe.. a farm to table cafe with earthy dishes and fresh handmade desserts. A place for people to eat, laugh, rest and reset.
