Who is your culinary inspiration?My wife. We are both foodies and she loves to find tasty ideas on the internet that I recreate in our kitchen. I love a challenge. So much fun!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to literally get back on my feet! I broke my ankle last year and needed to borrow from friends and family to get by, with this money I could pay them all back. I work at the Culinary Institute of America and would love to become an instructor but lack the necessary certifications. With this money I could afford to become certified to further my career.
