Who is your culinary inspiration?I gather a lot of my inspiration from other chefs and creative individuals around me. Seeing someone make an out of the box dessert or approach a flavor combination in a new way makes me want to experiment and push myself creatively.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have always wanted to have my own ‘she-shed’ home bakery space and this $25,000 will help me be one step closer to that goal.
