Receive Text UpdatesThat’s a tough question. Out of the hundreds of dishes I’ve created I would have to say our LGC, or Lasagna Grilled Cheese. It’s a scratch made, multi-layer lasagna, involving slow simmered sauce, lots of love and flavor. Then we put it in between some melty cheese and buttery garlic toast and serve it sandwich style.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My children are really what truly inspire me. I have been obsessed with replicating dishes since I was a child myself. Upon learning the status of our dying earth and the horrors of the animal industry, I vowed to never cook or serve animal products ever again. It is in my children’s honor that I am dedicating my life to replicating everyone’s favorite dishes 100% plant based without sacrificing flavor or texture. I would do anything for them to have a planet to grow and thrive on.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000 I would absolutely use it as seed money to open up our second Ruby D’s location. Serving a completely plant based menu makes us a safe place for people with several intolerances and allergies, moral & ethic dietary choices, people with alphagal & so much more! We need to have a Ruby D’s everywhere to serve everyone!
