Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Ian Barthley. He is the reason I am the chef I am today. Chef B has pushed me past my limits, and passed my comfort zone. He was willing to go that extra mile for me to make sure my food had the quality it needed. I’ve learned how to take criticism and to always make sure every dish I prepare is just as good as the first plate.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I had $25,000 I would make sure it is put to good use. I want to open my own catering company so that the world can have a taste of home everyday.
