Who is your culinary inspiration?Carla Hall, obvi!! But I’ve always been inspired by Nigella Lawson and Chef Oliver. It was only when I watched Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain that I wanted to become him.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000. I can move out of my parents basement and begin my food career by launching a flee of salad dressings and I’ve been working on over the past decade.
