Who is your culinary inspiration?I can’t name just one person. What inspires me most is preserving authenticity in cooking. I don’t use premixed spices — I build my own blends to stay true to regional flavors. Right now, I’m focused on Delhi, Lakhnawi, Sindhi, and Punjabi cuisines, learning the distinct techniques and taste profiles of each. My goal is to recreate authentic recipes while respecting the identity of every cuisine.
