Who is your culinary inspiration?Alain Ducasse is my greatest culinary inspiration. His dedication to simplicity, technique, and ingredient-driven cooking inspires me to honor my Vietnamese roots while creating refined, globally inspired cuisine.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win the $25,000, I would use it to inspire and support kids who love to cook. I want to create opportunities for young people to learn culinary skills, explore different cultures through food, and build confidence in the kitchen. Cooking changed my life, and I hope to help the next generation discover the same passion, creativity, and joy through food.
