My signature dish is my Lazy Day Boozy Peach Cobbler. Although, anything I prepare could be called my signature dish because I put my own unique spin on things by changing out herbs, spices, cooking methods and more.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My late grandmother inspired me to cook from the age of 4 years old. I have many phenomenal chefs that still inspire me to this day, my oldest son Darshawn being one of them. Carla Hall, Kardea Brown, Eric Adjepong, Bobby Flay, Alex Guarnaschelli, Emeril Lagasse to name a few of my favorite celebrity chefs.
What would you do with the $25,000?Put a down payment on the house and kitchen of my dreams and take a much needed tropical getaway.
