Oh lord, too many to choose from. I am Italian so a good Bruschetta or Pasta dish. Anything really, whatever I put my energy into is made with pure love. My absolute favorite would probably be a good Southern Sausage gravy. Breakfast is my go to for anything
Who is your culinary inspiration?I grew up in the kitchen since I was 6 years old with my mom. I have 7 siblings so we were always on a Budget but my mom made it happen no matter what and everything was made with love. It was always with the minimum but you can never tell. As I got older my inspiration has been myself, How can I make this better. I don't want to come off as self involved but it's the Truth. I am my own worst enemy and my own advocate at the same time.
What would you do with the $25,000?It would be an absolute blessing. I would Donate enough to my church so they can keep their doors open and use the rest for my Sons schooling
