Wow, this is a tough question, there are so many great dishes to choose from sloppy joes to saltimbocca. But my go to is pasta arrabbiata with a crispy chicken cutlet , and a crusty bread to pick up all that delicious spicy sauce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is the late great Anne Burrell. I first discovered her in the early 2000,s when she was sous chef for chef Mario Batali on Iron Chef America.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have been dreaming of starting a catering endeavor for sometime now. I have the experience and drive. Now I just need the financing and this would put me there!
