Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is Italian wedding soup, which I love making because it brings family and friends together and allows me to share a little love through food. Other favorites of mine are chicken cutlet Parmesan and chicken Marsala-classic comfort dishes that are always a hit around the table.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration are so many of the women from Food TV. Antonio Lofaso, Alex Guarnaschelli, the late Anne Burell, Sunni Anderson
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to take my family on a trip to Italy to explore the place where our ancestors came from and connect with our heritage. I would also use a portion of the money for reconstructive and cosmetic procedures after losing 110 pounds, helping me feel more comfortable and confident in the body I've worked so hard to achieve.
