Receive Text UpdatesThis is a tough one for me, I would bet on anyone saying my Christmas candy is by far my signature; but let's face it that's not a meal! As far as a dish goes, i think everyone would say pulled pork with my homemade dry rub and BBQ sauce!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom and all the women in my family. I remember stories about my paternal grandma teaching my German/Norwegian mom to cook real Italian food from her family. My mother to this day makes the most amazing family dinners that I will always remember. The love of cooking also passed along to my cousin on my father's side and Aunt. We share family recipes and love of food and family. Food is a sign of love and celebration in our family.
What would you do with the $25,000?Im not too sure entirely, likely get a few things my kids need and save the rest.
