Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from the women in my family and the cooks who taught me that food is love in action. I was inspired by the way a good meal could bring people together, lift spirits and make a house feel like a home. Their strength and creativity, and care live in the way I cook today. With soul, purpose and heart.
What would you do with the $25,000?If awarded 25,000 I would use it to build a food business rooted in soil, comfort and community. I would invest in equipment, licensing, supplies, branding and the foundation needed to share my food in a larger scale. This opportunity would help me to turn my passion into something sustainable, not only for myself but for the people I hope to serve, feed and inspire.
