I love a good tuna crudo would I say it's my signature dish? I'd say it's close. I also love to make pho, crispy rice salads, steak with special chimichuri sauce and pasta of every single style imagined including homemade ravioli.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Emeril Lagasse was the first chef I ever watched as a kid BAM! Currently I watch all kinds of cooking contests.
What would you do with the $25,000?My husband and I own a pressure washing business so I would use it to help build it by purchasing a truck. Recently my husband has just started back working after 2 job losses in the past year and a half. The recent one had us relocate only for them to later discontinue the position. We started our business a year ago after the first job loss. The goal is to be our own bosses.
