Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is first and foremost my sister Tesha, she taught me home cooked food! Chef Shon which is a personal chef I know, he taught me how to plate food and sauce it up! If I had to pick a famous person it would be Martha Stewart, she is elegant, simple and her growth is real!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in a lot. Take 5-10 cargo containers and turn them into small businesses. So there would be a coffee shop, hair salon, taco stand, bodega etc. on one lot.
