Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would be my executive chef, Eric Straley. Having a boss who serves as my inspiration has to be an incredible asset where I can fast track my professional and creative growth. Being able to work under someone whose vision, technique and leadership pushed me to better is rare and valuable.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I would buy me a food truck as it has always been my dream to get my own food truck and travel around the world
