Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is not just one but first and foremost my grandmother she was the heart and soul of the family.Secondly my mother she would put a meal together that would be so delicious with just a little of this and a little of that.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I have the opportunity to be presented with 25,000 I would open a restaurant in my grandmothers hometown of Ruston Louisiana and create dishes that were handed down from many generations.
