Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Chef Carla Hall. Her warmth, soul, and “cook with love” philosophy shaped how I see food. From _Top Chef_ to _The Chew_, she shows that joy belongs in the kitchen. It’s my dream to cook with her, learn her techniques, and share her spirit of hospitality at the stove.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25k I’d launch a private chef + upscale catering venture. $8k for commissary kitchen access and permits, $5k for pro equipment and plating, $4k for branding, photos, and website, $8k as operating runway for ingredients, marketing, and first pop-ups. Goal: use my fine-dining background to build a chef’s table brand. It’s my dream and this gets me closer.
