Receive Text UpdatesHi Chef! My signature dish is Chicken Marsala with panccetta. It's been a family favorite since the first time I made it 20 years ago. I also make a killer Waldorf chicken salad sandwich that family and friends have thoroughly enjoyed and I can cook an egg 99 different ways.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Carla Hall has been a huge inspiration to me. Her style, her positivity and her drive and her flavor and endless techniques really inspire me! Chef's Martin Yan and Jacques Pepin also inspired me greatly.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd find a way to give back and volunteer for a worthy cause like no kid hungry. I'd love to be involved in a cause like that. It's important to me.
