Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my late grandfather Jimmie Lee Bryant, affectionately known as “Papa Jim” I would not be the man I am today, in or out of the kitchen without him!
What would you do with the $25,000?I’m big on giving back. Through my Fraternity Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc, I I give back to schools. Underprivileged youth & more. The money would help me to continue giving back on a bigger scale.
