Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from Caribbean culture, family traditions, and the passion to create food that brings people together. Every dish I make is inspired by bold island flavors, love, and community.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would invest it into growing Island Blessings Caribbean Cuisine, expanding my menu, upgrading equipment, and creating more opportunities to share authentic Caribbean food with my community.
