Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is myself to improve health through food. Why i went to Escoffier for there support in school to become a plant based chef. I love cooking and now various ways to cook as I hopefully Inspire others.
What would you do with the $25,000?The money I would probably invest to start a farm so I would have a chance to farm to table cook. This would give me an opportunity to make healthy foods at a broader scale.
