Who is your culinary inspiration?As a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu.Chef Gordon Ramsey has been one of my biggest influences and inspiration to food. I always wanted to bring a different approach of food to my hometown. It’s always been my dream to have my own food truck.I cooked for some very high end client and to name a few, Tyler Perry, President Jimmy Carter, Governor Sonny Perdue. I also, have worked helping a few of my friends on their food truck’s. I know I am ready to get my own truck to expand my cuisines.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would buy me a food truck and serve at different festivals and events in my city. This has been my dream since I started culinary school.
