Whether it's a rich seafood dish, a creative burger, a hearty soup, or a Southern-inspired special, I focus on bold flavors, quality ingredients, and making food that guests remember. My favorite creations are the ones that feel familiar while still offering something unique.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest inspiration is a combination of the chefs and mentors I've worked with throughout my career, along with my family. Growing up, food was always about bringing people together. I also admire chefs who build businesses and communities through food, not just great dishes. Their passion inspires me to continue learning, teaching, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impact.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into launching and growing my food trailer business. My long-term vision is to combine my culinary background with my passion for gardening by sourcing fresh ingredients and serving high-quality food to my community. This opportunity would help fund equipment, licensing, branding, and the foundation needed to turn that dream into a sustainable business.
