Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom. Watching her take nothing and make it into something that fed six children by herself has always inspired me to do the same.
What would you do with the $25,000?We would be able to lay the roots for Spades Elevated Eats, taking it beyond the pop up experience it is and making it a permanent fixture by investing in supplies and rent on a commercial kitchen.
