Who is your culinary inspiration?My mamaw Bea (Beatrice). She was half Creole ,half Irish and she always had a spread for every meal. She cooked the vegetables we grew, fish we caught and wild game we harvested.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it in land to expand our catering business.
