What is your signature dish?

Italian Fried Chicken breast with a creamy mashed taters and Roasted Asparagus.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

I culinary inspiration is my family and the world around me. I love to watch people's faces light up when they eat my food. I am always trying new things in the kitchen, living off-grid makes for an interesting teacher and alters ones culinary style for the better. Raising your own food give you a whole new sense of what food really means.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were to win the $25,000 I would put it towards our homestead to make it bigger and better for my family and I. It will also give me that chance I have been waiting for, to publish a cookbook of off-grid and low cost meals for all to enjoy. Please vote me as your next Favorite Chef 2026. Thank you 😊
