Receive Text UpdatesMy signature savory dish is a nod to the Czech pastry, klobasnek. A yeasted sweet bread dough stuffed with savory ingredients, meats, veggies, cheese, etc. My sweet signature recipe is cookies, while I have a dozen different flavors, the original chocolate chip is the favorite. Also, the dough I make for the klobasneks; I also use to make ooey, gooey cinnamon rolls, and kolache…….its beyond versatile.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have so many, but Dominique Ansel inspires me so much. I know he is famous for the Cronut, however it was his invention of the chocolate chip cookie milk shot glass that impressed me more. I have several innovative ideas on some unique cookie creations myself, and Dominique’s creative mind inspires me to think outside the box…….almost anything is possible.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards the equipment and commercial space I need to start my business…….and donate a small portion to a dog rescue I volunteered with.
