My signature dish is wings. I love coming up with different flavors and putting my own spin on them. Some of my favorites are Strawberry Heat, Peach Buffalo, Hot Honey Garlic, Henny Hen, to name a few.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Chef Alex Guarnaschelli. I love how passionate and competitive she is in the kitchen. You can tell she really cares about food and takes cooking seriously, and watching her made me trust my own creativity more in the kitchen. Even when things don’t go her way, she still brings a lot of fire and personality, and I respect that.
What would you do with the $25,000?The responsible answer would probably be paying bills and doing adult things 😠but honestly, after the year I’ve had already and it’s only May, I would love to finally take myself on a real vacation. I work hard, and I think I deserve a chance to breathe, reset, and enjoy life a little too.
