What is your signature dish?

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration was my father. One of 17 siblings, he left school after 8th grade to help support his family. He started working at a small fish fry, where he discovered his passion and talent for cooking. Through hard work and determination, he eventually opened his own restaurant. Watching him create meals with heart, creativity, and pride inspired my love for cooking and my desire to share that passion with my children and grandchildren

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to create lasting memories with my family, help support my grandchildren’s future, and continue sharing my love of cooking by teaching the next generation. I’d also invest in improving my kitchen so I can keep gathering family around the table, where our best stories, traditions, and connections are made.
