Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is a 'Chopped' style creation, built straight from my pantry, fridge, and spice cabinet! Driven by flavor profiles, I always introduce a 'secret ingredient' to elevate the meal. I love working smarter, not harder, using my culinary expertise to craft one-pan cast-iron dishes that are fun, consistently delicious, and deliver a serious 'Wow' factor. It’s all about resourcefulness, creativity, and turning everyday ingredients into an unforgettable dining experience
Who is your culinary inspiration?Raised by foodies, my culinary foundation began watching Julia Child, The Frugal Gourmet, and my parents cook. My true farm-to-table philosophy was shaped in Ireland by instructor Darina Allen at the Ballymaloe Cookery School. Today, I draw fire from modern legends like Gordon Ramsay and Bobby Flay, whose relentless passion for the food industry keeps me inspired. From home roots to global training, my inspiration is a blend of classical technique, raw passion, and sustainable cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?Teaching high school culinary arts, I show my students that cooking is fun and full of unlimited possibilities! Beyond the classroom, my ultimate joy is supporting my two college daughters, even as they serve up some seriously heavy tuition bills! Winning this $25,000 would be the ultimate recipe for success, going straight towards their college expenses to whip that financial strain right out of the kitchen. It will supercharge their bright futures as we celebrate together!
