My signature dishes are a true labor of love, inspired by my daughters and the meals I make for them at home. My crispy fried crab balls and catfish nuggets bring the perfect crunch they enjoy. My collard greens, slow cooked with turkey, are rich and comforting like family. My baked mac and cheese is creamy, golden, and made with love. Every dish I create reflects my passion for cooking, also my dedication to family the community and unforgettable bold flavors in every signature dish!

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My greatest culinary inspiration is my two daughters. Every dish I create is made with them in mind. There is no greater reward than sitting down as a family and watching their faces light up with that first bite. That moment of pure joy is why I cook. They inspire me to work harder, think creatively, and never give up. Their love fuels every recipe and late nights in the kitchen. Every plate is made with love, unforgettable flavors. What would you do with the $25,000?

Winning the $25,000 prize would be life changing for my daughters and I. As a single parent, it would provide greater stability, open new opportunities, and help build a stronger future for our family. Most importantly, it would help me turn my dream into reality by launching a food truck that brings bold, soulful flavors to the community.
