Who is your culinary inspiration?My Mama every and any day of the week. Since I could stand, we were a duet from the market to the kitchen, turning my vivid imagination around food into something real. No dish ever felt impossible with her beside me. She taught me that food is more than nourishment, it's memory, creativity, and love passed from one generation to the next.
What would you do with the $25,000?This $25K would help bring my visually immersive cookbook to life, a global storytelling experience rooted in food, style and mindful living. At the heart of the project is reimagining and veganizing my mama's recipes. The cookbook will highlight the beauty, nostalgia and diversity of vegan cuisine.
