Receive Text UpdatesWow I have so many , but my favorite and everyone that knows me always asks me to make is paella or jambalaya, paella because I love showing off and being able to make it my way, I also worked at the Columbia restaurant in Tampa they are known for their famous paellas 🥘 and Cuban sandwiches but I was able to experience working at such a famous restaurant, So I incorporated that dish in some of my catering events, also the jambalaya dish I was able to work with some great chefs and get tips.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I've got a lot of great chefs but one Anthony bourdain because I can relate with what he was going through in his life great chef but most of all a great human being.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would help my wife out with her illness she has emphysema as has trouble breathing. And also help either supplies needed. To open restaurant , also help some homeless people in the area , and help grandson out with his dreams.
